My client who are an established firm of civil and structural engineers are looking to expand their civil engineering department with the addition of a civil engineering technician. 
 
Demonstratable experience working in an engineering consultancy in the design and delivery of site levels, earthworks, roads, and drainage schemes for public and private sector developers. 
 
The company currently work in the following sectors.  
 
·Private building to rent and student accommodation schemes.  
·Education, 
·Higher education, 
·Healthcare,
·Mixed use/ residential lead master planning,  
·Public realm improvement schemes. 
 
The ideal candidate should be proficient with AutoCAD / Civil3D and have experience using MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage software. Training will be provided where needed. 
 
This is a full time position based in their Edinburgh office. The company does have a flexible working policy.
