Do you enjoy working outdoors and helping people, and have great customer service skills?If so, we are currently recruiting Civil Enforcement Officers to join our growing team. Working across Crawley, you will be patrolling streets and car parks issuing parking fines where necessary, and providing advice to members of the public. You’ll be ensuring safer streets and reducing traffic congestion, making Crawley a safer place to live and work.A passion for high standards of customer service is key as you will be dealing with members of the public, sometimes in difficult situations, and working alongside colleagues as the face of the council in the community.You will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team. Experience of civil enforcement is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or develop your career in civil enforcement and parking.You will spend your day mostly outside, in all weathers, walking long distances therefore you must be physically able to carry out the duties of the role.
