You will deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that our customers needs are understood. You will make recommendations on products that meet their requirements and guide them though the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have.Provide the highest levels of customer service.Deliver an exceptional sales experience.Attain and exceed personal car sales objectives, profit targets and activity levels.To aid your personal development you will be given access to first class support from both W R Davies and Stellantis, including in-house and manufacturer training.The ideal candidate will:Work in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership requirementsHave excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with customers via telephone, email, video and in-personBe IT Literate and confident using a PC and tabletHave strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-taskBe a solution focused individual with a natural problem-solving aptitudeBe focused on delivering a first-class customer experienceBe smart in appearance and well organisedHave a positive attitude with the ability to work well in a teamPrevious, successful, car sales experience for the role and a proven successful track record in delivering a customer centric, first class, experience is a must.You must hold a full UK Driving LicenceThe successful candidate will benefit from;· Company car (subject to eligibility)Competitive Basic Salary of £19,000 plus commission, OTE of £35-£40,000.Competitive monthly commission structure, plus manufacturer reward schemes.1 day off each week (mid-week), every other Sunday off.Why W R Davies?Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey in automotive sales?
