Citrix Engineer – Investment Banking – £65,000 – £75,000 – 15-20% bonus – City of London + Excellent benefitsOverview:A leading tier 1 investment bank are currently recruiting for a Citrix Engineer to join their Desktop Engineering Team. You will be responsible for all Citrix and Ivanti User Workspace Administration across the Bank. Roles & Responsibilities:Deliver desktop services via technical delivery and systems administration, including high availability and disaster recoveryEnsure relevant and appropriate technical documentation is established and maintainedProvide technical assurance criteria and conduct reviews of technical productsPerformance analysis and diagnostic tool management for impacted hardware and software, quantifying and qualifying and changes madeEstablish root cause of complex technical desktop delivery issues through to conclusionProduct lifecycle management and productions of roadmaps to support Desktop Engineering team strategySkills & Experience:Strong experience as a Desktop Adminstrator working with Citrix / Ivanti User Workspace Manager within VDI environmentsDocuments all work to comply to the standards, including reporting details of all hardware/software items that have been installed / decommissioned.Proactive team player, who is keen to learn and progress within the team, taking on more senior positions.Package:15 – 20% bonus2 days in City of LondonCitrix Engineer – Investment Banking – £65,000 – £75,000 – 15-20% bonus – City of London + Excellent benefits
