About the role
This is our first opening into the UK, we’re currently in our pre-opening phase preparing to open not one but three concepts in the heart of London’s Belgravia! We’re looking for a Cigar Sommelier to oversee our third-floor roof terrace cigar lounge. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of opening a luxury venue in one of London’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, and build a cigar function that plays a major part in the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities :
the cigar program is run smoothly and efficiently and provides additional revenue streams to the business.
list development in line with the concept of our brand.
stock management, pricing, cost control, cigar inventory control.
cigar offering is competitive and always gives value to our guests.
closely with the Head Sommelier for general wine operations.
the cigar keep is well maintained, humidity checked daily, and all wastage reduced to the minimum.
cigar and service training for all FOH staff.
on cross-selling and creating an unforgettable cigar and beverage experience for our guests.
the highest levels of privacy and professionalism when dealing with high profile guests.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cigar Sommelier.
Track record of working in high-end hospitality.
Ability to work across departments in a collaborative way.
Strong interpersonal skills and commercially savvy
A passion for delivering memorable experiences for guests.
