Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager looking for your next challenge?

My client a successful and well respected FMCG manufacturer in North Yorkshire are seeking a CI Manager to support the business strategy with driving performance and efficiencies on site.

You will have excellent communication and leaderships skills. As a 'people person' you will influence and educate the teams. You will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and people development.

Skills and experience:

• Working within a fast paced food/ drink manufacturing environment


• Focused on continuous improvement, efficiencies and LEAN processes


• Strong communicator


• Budgetary/ financial awareness


• Leadership skills, keen to develop, educate and drive change from within

The role:

• Monday to Friday


• 8am-5pm with flexibility as needed
