The team is very inclusive and it is an environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute and buy into the excellence of the service.You will help coordinate the delivery of required services and liaise with healthcare providers to expedite access to quality care, with the aim of optimising medical outcomes for individuals with acute, serious or complex health issues. but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.What you’ll do:First point of contact for taking patients’ medical histories and triaging in liaison with the senior corporate physicianConsulting mainly via the telephone, and at times in person, with eligible employees and family members to provide them with confidential medical advice and case management supportCoordinate the delivery of required services and liaise with healthcare providers to expedite access to quality careDirect individuals to appropriate resources either locally or globallyResearch and provide appropriate health information and assist individuals with navigating the healthcare system, both NHS and privateWith appropriate patient consent, work closely with the CHS global teams and wider onsite medical teams to ensure integration of care both locally and globallyEnsure accurate medical records are maintained and input information into the online patient records systemWhat you’ll bring:Adult Registered Nurse with substantial post registration experience at band 6 or aboveExperience within a corporate setting and/or case management role, desirable but not essentialExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsA flexible and adaptable team player essentialSelf-motivated with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloadWhy HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world’s leading healthcare providers.
