Knowledge of the Family Intervention project ModelExperience of offering outreach support to children and familiesKnowledge of key legislation relevant to professional social care workKnowledge of the functions of a health and social care department and related agenciesKnowledge of methods to assess performance and achievement of targets in social work practiceExperience of managing a complex case loadAbility to organise and prioritise work and manage time effectivelyStrong influencing and negotiating skills with clients and other health professionalsExperience of producing reports for a variety of audiencesAble to work independently and lead a team. Requirements of this role:
