Job Description:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Children's Support Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and care to children and young people in various settings, including residential homes, schools, and community-based programs.
Responsibilities:
Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Plan and facilitate recreational and educational activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the needs of the children are met.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children and young people required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
