Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team at a Gateshead based within the Looked After Children team.
Key responsibilities:
Working with Children and Families to achieve the desired outcome
Discharging care orders
Attending and Participating in Strategy meetings
Conducting Looked after Children Reviews
Completing Care Plans
Child Permanence Reports (CPR)
Completing Pathway Plans
Completing Children and Family Assessments
Multi Agency working with partner agencies
