Childrens Residential Support Worker

We are proud to be working with this outstanding Ofsted approved residential childcare provider who currently have an exciting opportunity for a number of Residential Childrens Workers and Senior Support Workersto join their growing team in the Nottingham and Derby area.
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals who will be responsible for providing the highest possible quality of care to assist the resident children in reaching their fullest potential.
Location : NG3, NG21 and DE55
Contract : Full time, permanent
Salary : £26,000-£33,000 (inclusive of up to 8 sleeps per month)
Key responsibilities :
Take responsibility for the basic care of children
assisting and ensuring good personal care, health care, education and recreational activities
Proactively support the young persons care plan
Utilise company's pool carsin order to transport/support young people to and from school, health appointments etc. Please note that all pool cars are manual
Ensure a regular log and record of events is maintained including night observation/medication checklist
