Childrens Complex Care Support Worker

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and provide specialised care for individuals requiring NG tube management, oxygen therapy, suctioning, BiPAP, and CPAP ventilation support.

As a Complex Care Support Worker in our organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managing NG tube feeding and care

- Administering oxygen therapy as prescribed

- Performing suctioning procedures safely and effectively

- Setting up and monitoring BiPAP and CPAP ventilation devices

- Providing compassionate and attentive care to individuals with diverse medical conditions

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

- Relevant experience in caring for individuals requiring complex medical interventions

- Proficiency in managing NG tubes, oxygen therapy, and respiratory support equipment
