We have an AMAZING opportunity for a Support Worker - Young People and Children to join an OUTSTANDING-rated children's residential service in Worcester, supporting young people between the ages of 8-18 with Emotional and behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and motivated individuals in Worcestershire who want to make a difference in the lives of young people; to enable them to develop socially, emotionally and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for.
No two days are ever the same, so you need to be happy to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. It is challenging, but incredibly rewarding work!!
Location: Worcestershire -Contract: Permanent
Salary: £26,090 - £29, 418
Hours: Full time
Rota: 2 on 4 off shift pattern
Hours: 7.30 am - 11 pm- sleep / 7 am - 11 pm - sleep / 7 am - 8 am.
**Due to the nature of the job and the activities involved (sleep allowance included)
