Rate: �37 per hour

Ashberry are looking for a fast paced duty qualified Social Worker to deliver excellent quality assessments.� With an excellent ability�to talk children, be outcome focussed, a team player and able to deliver efficient practice .� The role will include completing direct work with every child, holding family network meetings, and creating family plans that will bring about change.

The�aim is for 25 day assessments too.��You will have excellent management skills�with a supportive team, however you�will need the ability to work�with the�children straight away!

Ashberry Recruitment would ask that applicants meet the following:

• DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work


• Social Work England registration


• Enhanced and in date DBS certificate.


• Excellent communication skills and be able to make good decisions based on information available.


• Can work alone and within/contribute to a team/multi-agency set ups.


• Possess knowledge of service needs.


• Competent IT skills and be able to navigate electronic file/recording systems.


• Can write clear, concise, and robust assessment/reports/files.


• Have a flexible approach to work and working hours when the need arises
