Location: Holbeach, Lincolnshire


Salary: From £30,000


Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

What You'll Do:


  • Provide round-the-clock care and emotional support to children and young people in our residential facility.

  • Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where children can build their skills, confidence, and independence.

  • Cultivate meaningful connections with the children in your care, offering mentorship and guidance.

  • Collaborate with our team to tailor individualised care plans and educational programs.

  • Contribute to team meetings and collective efforts to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.


What We're Looking For:


  • While previous experience in a similar role is valued, it's not essential. We welcome those with a genuine passion for making a difference.

  • A compassionate and patient nature, coupled with excellent communication skills.

  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Flexibility to embrace shift work, including sleep-in duties.
