We're seeking a talented Registered Manager to oversee our 4-bed mixed home in the beautiful area of West Bedford.Key Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership and management to ensure the smooth running of the children's home. Create a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people in care. Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident. Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care staff to deliver high-quality support. Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards. Build positive relationships with external stakeholders including local authorities and regulatory bodies.Requirements: Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower your team. A commitment to providing the highest standards of care and support to vulnerable children and young people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
