Childrens Home Manager Requirements:
Childrens Residential experience
NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
Experience supervising a team in this setting as a Registered Manager
Good rating with Ofsted
As Childrens Home Manager, youll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a solo or dual bedded EBD house for a company that has experience of Good Ofsted reports. These new houses are due to open in the next 2/3 months as they have been Ofsted approved already.
You will alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have emotional behavioural difficulties, all this whilst working in a family run company who do their best to get the best for these children.
