Children and Young People with Disabilities- Up to £46,000

Nonstop Care is working with a local authority in Berkshire are that is looking for a social worker to join their Children and Young People with Disabilities Team.

This position will provide you manageable caseloads and hybrid working, providing you with more time and flexibility on each case. This allows you to focus on delivering the highest quality care to children and families, all while enjoying a healthier work-life balance

Your Responsibilities:

• You will work with children and young people with complex health or disabilities
• You will be involved in assessing and identifying the needs of children and their families / carers
• You will also progress Public Law Outline; Court Work and permanency planning where required.

Requirements:

• Hold a professional Social Work registration or equivalent (SWE)
• Have the ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users' safety and well-being
• Must drive and have access to own vehicle.
• Clear, Enhanced DBS
