Diverse Abilities offers you the opportunity to achieve this and is now recruiting for a day team leader support to join our team in the Children’s Team.37.5 hours per week over 3 days on a 2 week rolling rota or 45 hours per week over 4 days - specific shift patterns to be discussed at interview.Your hours of work on each shift are either 7am-7.30pm or 8.30am-9pm.Overall purpose:To ensure positive outcomes and the continual safety, health and well-being of the children, young people and young adults using Children’s Services.This role requires staff toTaking responsibility for a child/young adult within the home/in the community including following care plans, dispensing and administrating medication and maintaining physical, social and emotional needs.Taking the lead in emergency interventions for children/young adults where necessary.Oversee staff team on duty, completing supervisions and performance reviews when needed.Take responsibility for ensuring those supported have up to date Care Plans.Report writing and the completion of daily records.Act as a role model to staff under your guidance.Holding a full UK manual driving licence essential for this role.We offer a wide range of employee rewards and benefits.
