Childcare/Babysitter/Mum helper

Hi, im looking for a friendly, professional and experienced person (female only) to help my mum to look after my both children whilst im at work. One of my children, boy who is 7 yrs old has complex care needs and my other child, girl(2yrs old) who is fine (no special needs).

My daughter starts nursery next week and my mum will drop her to nursery (close to my house) so i will need somebody to stay with my son during this time. That will only be less than 1h, however i need to make sure somebody is at home with my mom before i leave for work, that is why i need very early start such as 6:30am-9:30am. The days will be Tues, Thu and Fri and afternoons will start 3pm-7pm as my daughter will finish nursery at around 4pm, however is very hard when both children are at home, therefore i need someone experienced to help mum. You will be mainly looking after my daughter when she will be home in the afternoon and my mum will look after my boy as he has brittle bones, however doing activities, playing with both, entertaining, personal care such as changing nappy and help my daughter with feeding (she doesn’t always feed herself).
