Child Protection Social Worker - Outstanding Ofsted

Requirements:

• Social Work England registered
• Experience within section 7s, child protection, PLO and initial assessment
• Extensive Post Qualifying Social Work experience
• Social Work Qualification

Rated as outstanding by Ofsted, they are organised in locality teams, meaning no arguments about transition points. We also maintain strong links with multi-agency partners while ensuring children and families remain with the same social worker from referral through to closure. The team is well established and committed to delivering an outstanding service. The authority is developing systemic family based social work practice with the support and input of Systemic Family Therapists based within the social work teams.
