Opus people solutions on behalf of Walsall Council have an exciting opportunity for a Child and family practitioner to joing their team.
Job Title: Child and Family Practioner - Expectant parents
Length of assignment: 6 months- possible extension
Hours per week:37 Hours
Hourly rate: £16.26 per hour
Location: West - Ilmington House
The role will be working specifically with expectant parents and so we would like candidates who have experiences in delivering parenting interventions and those candidates who have worked with expectant parents or small children in some capacity. The role will be working with both mothers and fathers to prepare for parenthood and after birth. This will be offering practical as well as emotional support and working alongside the social worker to mitigate risks and address needs identified.
