You will be responsible for assessing, reviewing, and crafting a forward-thinking tech strategy that aligns with business objectives and propels them to become the most advanced, relevant, and customer-centric provider in the industry.The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership skills to drive innovation and efficiency across our organization and will be at the forefront of all technological advancements, responsible for steering the overall technology strategy and direction of the company.You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of technology infrastructure.Your role will involve the selection of new Tech, (ERP, CRM, Supply-Chain etc) as well as customer-centric website interface.You'll need to possess the following...Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.Proven track record of success in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.Deep technical expertise in software development, architecture, and infrastructure, with proficiency in modern technologies and frameworks.Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical initiatives with strategic business objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership qualities, including vision, integrity, resilience, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.We look forward to hearing.
