We're Hiring: Chief Race Car Systems EngineerA prominent player in the motorsport and automotive industry is looking for an experienced Chief Race Car Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. Based at a prestigious facility known for its top-tier events and championships, this role offers the unique opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects in both existing and new ventures.What Will You Do?Lead the specification, procurement, application, and maintenance of critical electronic, electro-mechanical, and electrical systems across various championships and performance fleets.Collaborate on vehicle and circuit-based projects from the early stages, ensuring seamless integration of all system functionalities.Oversee the development and integration of all electronic and electrical components within our race and performance vehicles.Manage and mentor a dedicated team of specialists in electrical engineering.Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting at GB3 & GB4 race events.Who Are We Looking For?An enthusiastic professional with a degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Vehicle Systems Engineering.Extensive experience with race or high-performance automotive systems, familiar with leading technologies such as Cosworth Electronics, MoTeC, AIM Technologies, and Magneti Marelli.Strong leadership skills and the ability to operate under the unique pressures of race environments.Excellent project management capabilities, ensuring all components meet our rigorous standards for reliability and performance.Availability for regular weekend work and international travel, with the ability to freely travel in and out of the UK.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits, including a pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.Access to our Advantage platform for retail discounts and cash back.Health and wellness support through 24/7 GP access.Opportunities for professional development in a world-class environment.Free parking and discounted on-site amenities.
