Over the last ten years, the RGS has extended its reputation for exceptional education overseas with the establishment of four first class schools with partners in Dubai, Oman, Qatar and China.In a newly created position, the Chief Strategy Officer will work in close partnership with the Headmaster and have responsibility for setting the strategic direction of RGS Guildford as well as planning and overseeing the expansion of the RGS International Family. This role will be integral to sustaining the ongoing success and commercial development of RGS here in Guildford and in its overseas provision and will be expertly supported by the Director of Finance and Operations of RGS Guildford and an International Director, amongst others.The successful candidate will have outstanding commercial acumen, proven leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing diverse resources and teams.
