Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust people strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the talent acquisition process by identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth of the organisation.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to design and implement effective performance management systems and employee development programmes.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, well-being, and high-performance.
  • Drive the diversity and inclusion agenda by developing and implementing initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent.
  • Oversee the HR operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the leadership team on HR best practises and employee relations matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief People Officer or similar senior HR leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practises, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.
