The Role: Chief Operating Officer Sector: FM / Commercial Property Maintenance Location: Nationwide – Salary: £180,000 to £200,000 pa + Package My client is exceptionally successful in their field and it is no wonder given the amazing team, phenomenal ethos, incredible service standards and level of ambition. With over 20 years behind them, they are in a very strong position and we are looking for an Exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join them.This is a Board level role and will require significant experience in sectors related to Property Maintenance, Facilities Management or Construction.All about you:As COO, you are strategic, motivational, proven and passionate.
