Job DescriptionThe Chief of Staff, Private Equity Backed Software Company, Soho, London We are now working with a very exciting private equity backed software company. They are series A at the moment, but with big growth plans. The founders are ex Uber/ Facebook/ Amazon, and they are developing an innovative, media focused ChatGPT/ AI software.They are now looking for a Chief of Staff. As Chief of Staff, you will be working directly alongside the CEO/Founder across all areas of the business.Your remit will vary frequently, depending on what business priorities call for at different times. Expect to be required to deal with customer engagement or hiring one day to Board and fundraising investor deck preparation the next.This is a pivotal role that will be considered a part of the Leadership team with unique visibility across all functions. You will be required to align with all business leaders to help strategize and execute across their remits. Attendance in leadership syncs alongside Heads of Engineering, Revenue, Operations will be necessary.The successful candidate will be expected to act on behalf of the CEO regularly to answer enquiries and guide individual projects/meetings in the CEO’s absence.Experience Required5+ years’ demonstrated success in generalist roles e.g. investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, start up or wider operational rolesIdeally you’ve experienced scale before and are comfortable with (or at least very excited and motivated by) fast growth, fast hiring and the world of scaling a startup
