Chief Marketing OfficerDepartment: MarketingEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: ManchesterDescriptionREFY BEAUTY is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record in brand building and creating legacy brands.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative go-to-market strategies and brand-led growth plans to elevate REFY BEAUTY's presence in the market.The CMO will oversee various teams including Brand Marketing, Creative and Brand, Product, and Digital/E-commerce, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and values.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and brand strategies that resonate with REFY BEAUTY's target audience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across all channels.
Drive product marketing initiatives, including product launches, positioning, and messaging, to maximize market penetration and customer engagement.
Champion brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity.
Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the marketing organisation. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the marketing teams, fostering their professional development and growth.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, with a strong background in brand building and creating legacy brands.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and market share.
Expertise in developing and implementing marketing and brand strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
LExperience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus.
