The primary objective is to ensure that all work performed meets the required standards and customer specifications. Training will be provided for Q-Pulse and ERP systems as necessary.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1. Inspection of First Off components for manufactured sheet metal and assembled parts.2. Stage and Final Inspection of manufactured sheet metal and assembled parts.3. Ensuring all work follows customer and industry specifications.4. Conducting First Article Inspection according to AS9102 requirements.5. Managing the Material Review Board (MRB) system (Q-Pulse)6. Supervising inspection staff7. Handling customer quality concerns in collaboration with quality engineers8. Training and developing the inspection department team members.9. Maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific to inspection10. Attending daily meetings with the inspection team to understand priorities and address any issues.11. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives12. Managing specific quality projects within capabilities.13.
