Job DescriptionChief Financial Officer Location: NottinghamSalary: £150,000 - £250,000An exceptional, specialist law firm is in search of a strategy focused CFO to spearhead financial health and growth initiatives. As the CFO, you will lead the financial strategy formulation, reporting, cash flow management, risk mitigation, and team development. Key to the role will be working closely with the existing team and building strong relationship with key stakeholders across the business.The ideal candidate must have a background working in professional services, law or accountancy and have a proven track record of successfully implementing and delivering on strategic objectives. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in a similar role in a business with multiple sites across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities:Formulate and implement financial strategies to stimulate growth.Identify potential targets for acquisition or merger.Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and reporting procedures.Efficiently manage cash flow while ensuring regulatory compliance.Optimize operations to increase profitability.Direct investment strategy and conduct thorough analysis.Guide and foster the professional development of the finance team.Qualifications:Significant experience as a CFO within the legal, accounting, or professional services realm.Deep understanding of legal finance and regulatory environments.Demonstrated strength in analytics and leadership.Outstanding communication skills paired with steadfast integrity.
