The successful candidate will be driven, collaborative, innovative and work within Adtech.Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term goals.Provide strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on financial matters, market trends, and industry developments.Drive financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.Financial Management and Reporting:Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and taxation.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Implement robust financial controls and systems to safeguard assets and optimize operational efficiency. Investment and Risk Management:Evaluate investment opportunities and potential risks, providing recommendations to optimize returns and mitigate exposure.Monitor market trends and economic indicators to assess potential impacts on the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's financial interests and enhance resilience against market volatility.Cryptocurrency Expertise:Leverage expertise in cryptocurrency to assess opportunities and risks related to digital asset management, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi).Stay informed about emerging trends and regulatory developments in the cryptocurrency landscape, advising the executive team on potential implications for the company's financial strategy and operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to explore innovative applications of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology within the Adtech industry.Extra info:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
