The CFO will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, financial planning, generating financial statements, financial reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to the Board. QualificationsExperience in financial planning, financial statements, financial analysis, and financeStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience with financial reporting and complianceExcellent communication and leadership skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience in the real estate industry is a plusExperience in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and investor relations is a pluspreference for Big4 experience and good expsoure to direct and indirect tax.
