Our client embodies a modern aesthetic: sleek minimalism, innovatory detailing, and flawless execution. Designed in Australia, the collections are now available in over 20 countries around the world, online and at its flagship boutiques in Melbourne, Sydney and New York with expansion on the horizon.
The Role:
Our client is currently in a phase of growth and is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive sustainable expansion across multiple international markets. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial and accounting function, partnering with the CEO to reach the business's growth ambitions. Relocation and visa support is offered, and this role is based on site, in the head office in Melbourne.
Your Skills:
Minimum of eight years’ experience in Accounting, three years as GM or CFO in the fashion or luxury consumer goods sectors with a label that has a global reach
Exceptionally trustworthy with a second to none sense of integrity
Exceptional financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and control to obtain the best outcome with a minimum cost impact
Expertise in fast-growing businesses to ensure the sustainability of growth
Understanding of international accounting
Sound understanding of the fashion industry & garment manufacturing
High attention to detail
Upbeat, driven leader
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Education:
BA degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
CPA preferred
MBA Preferred
