Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Basildon

A1 Personnel are recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer on behalf of our client based in Basildon.Responsibilities:Command and oversee all financial observations and inferences in the operation of the company.Manage overheads effectively, optimizing costs and implementing efficient cost control measures. Analysis of financial effectiveness of staff.Evaluate financial investment into new business opportunities, providing detailed cost projections and analysing direct and overhead costs.Implement systems and processes to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data.Create quarterly forecasts and annual budget based on targets, reporting actual figure variances to those forecast and proposing strategic adjustments.Identify areas of financial or performance weakness and present possible options for improvement.Requirements:Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role within the large format graphics/ print industry.Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification is preferred.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and explain financial concepts to non-financial personnel.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Hours:Monday to Friday8.30am to 5.30pm25 days holiday
