Chief Executive Officer

Salary: £48,474 - £51,515 under review. [pro-rata if less than 37 hours]
Because of the planned retirement of our Director, we are recruiting for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position in Shelter NI. Manage Shelter's admin, finances, & strategy. Develop long-term plans, budgets, & ensure legal compliance. Work closely with the Management Committee. Salary: NJC Scale PO6; [points 40-43] range currently £48,474 - £51,515 under review. [pro-rata if less than 37 hours]Location: HQ - BelfastHours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm daily. Applications will be accepted for reduced work hours in the range 30 – 36. You will also be expected to attend networking and campaign events outside office hours and be the face of Shelter NI. Board meetings are often out of office hours, and you must attend these. Meetings may be in person or virtual.
