British Growers is a trusted, integral part of the UK fresh produce sector and has transformed itself over the past 10 years into a major industry player. The Board is now looking for someone to take the organisation on the next stage of its journey.The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a broad range of skills, experience and attributes including a sound understanding of the agricultural industry and fresh produce sectors, experience of leading a senior management team and managing a diverse high profile service provision business, representing the fresh produce sector at the highest levels and an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver for the sector.If you think you have what it takes to lead British Growers into the future, the Board is interested in hearing from you.
