Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director who has previous experience in a leadership role, providing strategic direction, planning and organisational development ideally within a not-for-profit / charitable organisation. Although, all industry backgrounds will be considered.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director include:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the organisation's mission and objectives
Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team and staff, ensuring clarity of purpose and alignment with organisational goals
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across all departments
Establish and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and community organisations
Lead the development and implementation of a robust fundraising strategy to support the organisation's financial sustainability and growth
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
Represent the organisation at public events, conferences, and media engagements, raising awareness of our mission and impact
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the non-profit sector or a related field. Although, the organisation will consider candidates from other industries / sectors, providing you have the leadership skills required for the role
Strong strategic planning and organisational development skills, with a track record of achieving measurable results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards a common goal
Experience in fundraising, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and stewardship would be highly desirable
A passion for social justice and a commitment to supporting disadvantaged communities
