The Company’s new Augmented Chemistry™ products and services deliver ground-breaking artificial intelligence technologies that continuously learn from all available data to supplement researchers’ experience and skills. With a track record of strong growth (25-30% year-on-year) and multiple investments secured in from 2021 through 2024, we are excited to be recruiting a Chief Commercial Officer, who will be responsible the success of all commercial aspects of the business.
The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for driving all global sales, customer success and marketing activities and developing commercial strategy in line with Company’s goals.
As the Chief Commercial Offer, you will be responsible for:
Working with other members of the Executive Team and Optibrium’s Board to develop a company strategy and annual budget
Drive ARR growth of >2x by end of 2026 based on current and new product portfolio
Developing and executing a coherent sales and marketing strategy in line with the broader company strategy
Owning Optibrium’s marketing efforts and budget to drive demand for our innovative scientific software platforms and establish corporate positioning and thought leadership, including working with the R&D department and external consultants to create and communicate clear, compelling, and scientifically accurate messaging describing the value propositions of our products and the company brand;
Creating and running innovative campaigns for target industries, market segments and roles; and Defining and deploying multiple marketing tactics as needed, including web content, email campaigns, webinars, seminars, white papers, case studies, etc.
Managing and refining sales and customer success tactics to achieve agreed targets for sales to new customers and renewal rates for current customers, including effective processes for sales, evaluations and deal closing; and Retention and upselling of customers
Collaboratively agreeing on a suite of commercial KPIs across the marketing, sales and account management groups in support of the strategy to drive ARR growth and ensure delivery on these KPIs
Working with the R&D teams to guide product development strategy based on a strong understanding of the market. Ensuring customer feedback is communicated in a clear and timely manner
Representing the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing functions at Executive and Board levels
Representing the Company in an engaging manner to customers, investors, and the wider community

Optibrium continues to develop new products and research novel technologies to improve the drug discovery process.
