An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Oncology and Palliative Directorate for a band 6 Charge Nurse (Oncology Day Unit) based in 6 West here at Charing Cross Hospital. You will be an experienced and driven registered nurse with previous management experience to develop high quality services to our patients. The successful applicant will require a proven track record of change management, a passion for developing a culture of continuous improvement with particular emphasis on patient experience, CQC compliance and key clinical outcomes. Minimum of 2 years post registration experience and a minimum of 1 years within speciality (e.g. oncology nursing) as Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse.
