Chemical Engineering Manager

What you will do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer, with strong Chemical Engineering experience, to join our team.
Reporting to the Works Engineering Manager (Works Engineer) for Building Systems UK, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and Technicians.
Your primary focus will be developing efficient processes, executing effective strategies, and ensuring the timely completion of
projects. You will be responsible for managing budgets and overseeing their successful execution throughout the year. Collaborating closely with the wider technical and manufacturing teams, you will ensure that preventative (and reactive) maintenance projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, maintaining a high level of quality and adherence to organisational objectives.
