As a Chef, you will support all areas of food production and cleaning in the kitchen. You will work at part of a small team under the guidance of the Head Chef/Restuarant Managerand be responsible for the preparation of fresh ingredients for the full menu range of breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea services.
Role - Chef
As Chef you will:
Prepare fresh ingredients
Prepare hot and cold food orders to order
Monitor stock levels and contribute towards the ordering process
Work efficiently to ensure low levels of waste
Carry out cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards
Close down kitchen each day including preparation for the following day.

Understanding of food hygiene requirements
Good food presentation skills
