Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. Your leadership and culinary expertise will contribute to the success of our establishment.

The main purpose of this role is to meal prep for orders that come in weekly from customers following a menu plan. Roughly 500 meals and events.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities

- Create and develop new menu items

- Ensure high quality of food presentation and taste

- Manage inventory and control food costs

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role

- Knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred, but not required

Friday - 08.00 - 16.00

Sunday - 08.00 - 16.00

Monday - 07.00 - 15.00

Thursday - 08.00 - 16.00
