The Role
Our Client has a newly refurbished seasonal Restaurant Bar and Grill offering a varied menu from fresh ingredients situated on one of the most stunning sites in the area is now looking for a new Head Chef to join their team!
Responsibilities included (not limited to):
Food preparation.
Kitchen Staff management.
Service.
Record management and compliance with food hygiene, allergens etc.
High health and safety standards in the Kitchen.
Regularly work alongside the restaurant manager to achieve goals.
Rota creation and management.
Kitchen stock order/rotation.
