We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef for our restaurant. As A Chef His Major responsibility is Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including naan bread, kebabs, and various meats and vegetables, ensuring they are
cooked to perfection and follow traditional recipes.
Collaborating with other chefs and management
to develop and refine the restaurant's menu,
offering new and innovative dishes while maintaining
classic favorites. Maintaining strict adherence to food
safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean
and safe working environment. Handling, storing, and
disposing of food items properly. Managing and tracking
inventory levels for tandoor-related ingredients and
equipment. Placing orders for supplies as necessary
to maintain efficient operations. Training and mentoring
junior kitchen staff in tandoori cooking techniques,
recipes, and safety protocols. Maintaining and cleaning ovens and other kitchen equipment regularly
to ensure they are in good working condition.
