Rate of pay: £14.50 per hour + holiday pay + an attendance bonus of an additional £1 for every hour worked paid quarterly (qualified after 3 months service)

Platinum Recruitment are supporting Probation House in the Weymouth area who are looking for a Chef to assist them on a permanent basis. The site is home to ex-offenders, so you will be making a positive impact on their lives every day.

Saturdays & Sundays only

A basic DBS check is required for this role

Duties to include:

• Lead the kitchen facilities and plan all meals & assist with prep
• Order supplies and keep records of spending and compliance
• Monitor sanitation practices ensuring to follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food in volume for a small group of residents
• Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well
• Keep Health and Safety at the heart of what you're doing
