We are currently looking for an experienced chef to join this catering organisation in their North Leeds kitchen.

You will be working as part of a larger kitchen team to deliver outstanding catering services for a prestigious private school:

• Cooking meals using fresh seasonal ingredients

• Preparing food in a timely manner

• Supervision of kitchen assistants when required

• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety at all times

• Working 5 days per week term time only

We would expect the successful candidate to have experience working in a professional kitchen and a passion for high quality fresh food.

You should be able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team, along with a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety legislation.

This would be an ideal role if you have worked as a chef or cook in a hospitality setting.

The school catering team are friendly and passionate, and have forged good relationships with the wider school team. This team is one part of a large catering organisation with a focus on high quality fresh food.
