The Role
Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx 1000 students.
100% fresh
Chef Manager to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only
The Requirements
A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with education background.
Knows how to do profit and loss
A genuine love for food
Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
Chef Manager experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
