Our pub is at the heart of the village community with crackling log fires and a welcoming bar specialising in cocktails and some of your favourite local beers. Our menu also celebrates local producers including our sister farms at Daylesford and Wootton.What we expect:Contracted Hours: 48Shift details: 5 days out of 7Live-In: Yes but not on site so personal transport is necessary.As a Chef de Partie, you will be able to execute all dishes as per menu specs. Ideally, you’ll have worked with fresh food, in a pub restaurant environment before or you’ll just simply have a passion for food so that the basics come easily to you.Your natural confidence will enable you to give calm and clear instructions during busy periods.
