Earn from £13.53 per hour plus service charge working 40 hours per week over 5 days with any overtime paid.
As a Chef de Partie you will:
Work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you'll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to develop your career with De Vere
Showcase your culinary skills by preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
Support and mentor Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis Chefs, contributing to the development of a talented brigade
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to create new dishes and menus that leave a lasting impression.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health and safety for yourself and your team.
Understand that attention to detail is essential in creating memorable culinary experiences.
